The arts are an integral part of the Connecticut Friends School curriculum. We believe that students should be literate in the languages of music, dance, the visual arts, and dramatic theater, as well as knowledgeable about the rich history of arts and crafts. Students are exposed to teachers in these fields as well as given the chance to express themselves. We encourage parents to share a particular interest or expertise with our students. Formal storytelling and class plays help students take the stage with poise and purpose.
